From locally roasted coffee to award winning distilleries, freshly baked artisan bread to independent artists, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is blessed with stunning and specialist business owners that you won’t find anywhere else.

Local independent businesses give our communities character. It’s one of the reasons so many people come to visit. At times when these businesses can’t stay open it’s even more important to support them online. Instead of shopping with big-name retailers, you can make an active choice to support your local economy and help our communities thrive.

Christchurch BID has been formed to support local businesses in the area. It is funded by businesses voting to pay a small proportion of their business rateable value. We consult and listen to what people want and need which means they have a genuine voice to decide what improvements they want in their area.
